Ms. Benaquisto has over eighteen years of experience with firms specializing in process safety and risk management consulting services. She has an excellent understanding of OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM), EPA Risk Management Program (RMP), California Accidental Release Prevention Program (CalARP), and Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) regulations. She has scribed for PHAs, developed PSM program documentation and co-authored a hazardous materials section of SF Bay Area Regional Emergency Response Plan Procedures documentation project. Her background enables her to understand customer needs and discuss project parameters directly with client site contacts.
Ms. Murata is an experienced hazard and risk assessment consultant providing technical expertise in process safety and risk management, petroleum, environmental and electrical engineering. Ms. Murata has provided training, safety and operations guidance to onshore facilities in China, and throughout the United States. This work includes extensive experience in process safety, process hazard analyses, development of Management of Change (MOC) and Inherently Safer Systems (ISS/IST) programs, and strategic implementation plans for environmental compliance. She has experience leading PHA studies using the hazard and operability (HAZOP) and What-If/Checklist analysis techniques. She holds a BA in Applied Physics, BS in Applied Mathematics and certifications in LOPA, SIS and SIL identification and calculations. She is Chevron RiskMan2 and Chevron PHA, SOA/SSFA Certified. She has developed and led training for process safety and environmental compliance for varying levels of corporate organizations in a variety of disciplines. In addition, she has an extensive background in project management, including scheduling, budgeting and licensing. She began her career in environmental regulatory compliance in the electronics industry; identifying areas of concern, and developing programs and training for compliance with new regulations. Upon entering the hazardous chemicals industries, in her role as assistant engineer, she started assisting with process safety compliance in multiple areas; including MOC and PSI management, PHA’s, and training. After working as an engineer, she left to join a process safety consulting firm. It was while working with this company and consulting with multiple firms that she realized a need for quality control and accountability among consultants. It was due to this need that she started her own company, Risk Integrity Safety Knowledge, Inc. With her language skills in Portuguese and Spanish, she is also able to help expand awareness of process safety management in countries outside the United States.

Ms. Storey is an experienced chemical engineer in wide-ranging areas of process risk management and the petroleum industry. She has provided operational and safety guidance to several petroleum and chemical facilities throughout the United States and is knowledgeable in overall facility interactions as well as individual plant and utility support units. Ms. Storey has led numerous Process Safety Management (PSM) projects in the refining and chemical industries including process risk evaluations and hazard analyses (PHAs), compliance audits, PSM program changes to address audit findings and Risk Management Program (RMP) submittal activities involving complete facility calculation and offsite consequence analysis (OCA) reviews. She has held positions leading multiple groups of small to medium engineering project teams as well as developing and managing new process engineering support programs for refining clients. Ms. Storey has outstanding communication skills, is adaptable and able to effectively prioritize and assimilate new information to provide exceptional client value.
Mr. Randal Murata serves as Chief of Operations. With a degree in chemistry and business management, Mr. Murata has over 11 years in the oil industry. Mr. Murata is an experienced operator and has participated in PSM and RMP audits and gap assessments at multiple sites. He has extensive experience with P&ID walkdowns, as well as developing and updating operating procedures. He has also assisted with process safety information for PSM programs.
